During this meditation evening you will be taken on a guided meditation, followed by giving and receiving healing.  We cater from beginners right through to people who meditate regularly and no prior healing experience is necessary.  The group is open to anyone interested in learning more about meditation and healing.  

Our intention is to share the knowledge and inner wisdom that can be gained through meditation and healing.  Healing in a group can have powerful results and joining a group can help you advance on your path to inner peace and finding your inner power.

Guided meditation helps you find a way to peaceful and calming relaxation, while taking the mind on a journey. During guided meditation it is recommended that you sit comfortably, where your guide will take you through a range of deep breathing exercises. This is typically complemented with a series of relaxing visualizations and peaceful music. 

As you delve into relaxation, stress fades away and your mind opens.  You may be taken on an inner journey that is designed to improve an aspect of your life, perhaps tailored towards personal empowerment, healing or spiritual development.  You may meet your spirit guides, gain clarity on a particular subject or experience the sheer pleasure of profoundly deep relaxation.
